The cleaning is the key to success in the rental market; we visit the property after each letting and if instructed, clean from top to bottom before your next clients arrive. We pride ourselves on our high standard of cleaning and general housekeeping

 

Our cleaning service includes:

·        Check all contents against inventory

·        Stripping beds of dirty linen

 

·        Beds made up with fresh linen if requested (Laundry fees may apply)

·        Dirty crockery & cutlery washed where necessary   

·        Rubbish removed

·        Fridge and freezer emptied and cleaned

·        Cooker / hob & oven cleaned

·        kitchen, bathroom & toilet thoroughly cleaned with appropriate products

 

·   All floors vacuumed and mopped

·       Terraces swept and cleaned

·        Terrace furniture cleaned

·   Windows cleaned inside and out where safely accessible

 

·        Thorough airing of all rooms checking for pest & vermin and recommending remedial action if necessary  

·        1 Toilet roll in each bathroom is provided

Our charges assume that the property is in a reasonably tidy condition. If additional work is required it may be necessary to make a supplementary charge. Owners will be notified as soon as possible with photographic evidence (via email) should this occur.
