We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests.

Emergency Repairs: Should your apartment need any repairs in an emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible or the relevant people

At the end of the season we will drain all water systems, empty toilets, boilers and taps to help prevent damage. Full restoration will be carried out prior to the start of the season.
